This isn’t something I am an expert in. When people feel like they have been born as the wrong gender it is possible for them to be prescribed hormones (chemicals thst your body naturally produces) which will help their bodies to develop in a different way. For example a person born as a male would be able to take hormones which would their body develop as a woman.
Thankfully, this means that more people can live comfortably in a body that they feel they belong in. It is not possible to remake the cells, so a transgender woman would have an XY chromosome.
