No humans live anywhere other than Earth or are able to inhabit anywhere else at present.

As Megan said, no humans live at Alpha Centauri. It is the closest star system to us, but it’s still 4.2 light years away. If humans ever made it to Alpha Centauri, it’s not going to be for a very long time. We don’t know if any of the planets in the system would be habitable for humans.

No. However, Alpha Centauri is actually 3 stars orbiting each other, and one of them is called Proxima Centauri. A planet has been discovered around Proxima, which like goldilocks and the 3 bears porridge (too hot, too cold, just right), is just at the right distance from its star for liquid water to be able to exist on its surface. So this planet could turn out to be habitable, let’s wait and see!
