That depends on if you’re the kind of 13-year-old that runs around and does exercise all the time, or the kind that plays video games all the time! It can REALLY vary.

Honestly, I wouldn’t worry about calories – what’s important is that you do a good amount of exercise, and eat relatively healthy (lots of fruit and veg!), it’s okay to have the occasional crisp packet or chocolate bar too 😉
I don’t know to be honest! Boys burn different amounts to girls, and also, the rate at which people burn energy (called your metabolism) differs from person to person as well, it’s all just guesswork!
