      Nice question!
Anticancer is something that work against cancer or to reduce the occurence of cancer . So anticancer drugs would be drugs that are given to cancer patients to kill or stop the cancer cells from growing any bigger!
An example of an anticancer treatment can be radiotherapy (giving the cancer cells a lot of radiation energy) so the energy (sort of like a laser) can be focussed on where the cancer cells are and kill them!
Things like fruit and veg have natural chemical compounds in it that will help reduce cancer cells from forming inside your body 🙂

Is this helpful to you? If not, I can try and explain in another way 🙂
