      Good question,

we’ve only had electrical power in the world for the past 100 years or so, and we managed perfectly fine without it in the past!

however I think now we’re so reliant on it, we would suffer a lot as a species, we wouldn’t have access to our most advanced medicines, so disease and sickness would be rife, we would lose our ability to communicate over long distances and our ability to travel would be decreased as much of the infrastructure (traffic lights, traffic monitoring systems, street lights) are powered by electricity

we also use electricity to produce food on an industrial scale, which would grind to a halt and we’d be forced to find our own food

I think we would survive as a species, but a good deal of the population would probably not survive

Amazing just how crucial electricity is to our modern way of life!
