• Question: Why does my thumb twitch during lesson?

      Dunno, I’m not that sort of doctor.
      My guess would be some muscular spasms due to stress in class

      I’m also not sure, but every movement you make is caused by muscle contractions. And muscle contractions are controlled by nerves coming from the brain via the spinal cord. But I don’t know what the cause of the contractions is.

      Have you considered that it’s because your hands aren’t doing anything? I’m a massive fidget and if I sit still for too long I start to twitch!
