      Hi 358dysb32

I’m not a physicist, but that is quite unusual for my field of being a climate modeller.

My university degree was in Environmental Geoscience, which was a combination of geology (the science of rocks and cool stuff like volcanoes, earthquakes and fossils) and chemistry.

It was great fun, really varied and interesting to study and took me on some great field trips to northern Scotland (which is so beautiful) and also to Jamaica! I also think it has helped me in my work with climate models as I really understand how the atmosphere (the weather and the gases in it) and the Earth’s surface interact with each other to change the world around us.
