• Question: Why do you see demons in sleep paralysis?

      Wow, another really interesting question and one I knew nothing about.

      This is a useful article to help explain why and also how to reduce the chance of it happening.
      I think I’d be keen to reduce the chances of this, it sounds quite challenging!

      It’s not clear why this happens, but sleep paralysis is pretty common for most people to have sometime during their life. The NHS suggest that some of the causes are due to stress and other factors, but we don’t know yet.
