In an ideal world I would find all the alternatives needed so that we didn’t have to use animals to develop and test drugs.

If I had a magic wand I would say I would change the development of drugs so that there was no need for the use of animals and the process would be far quicker (currently it takes about 10-12 years for a drug to go through all the stages of development). These changes will probably come about in the future but I think it will take a long time.
      Hope this helps

      Make it faster and cheaper.

It would be great if drug development was much faster and cheaper, and ideally with less involvement from large multinational companies – many of whom are having real problems developing enough new drugs to stay profitable. Currently the process is very slow, expensive and takes many years for drugs to reach the market.
