A lot (but not all) of the information required is available on the internet, we have curators who manually search and read through the information. My job is to write software programs that make this job easier and less time consuming by linking to together all the available information.

Once the information has been gathered by curators or computers, it can then be used by more intelligent programs by combining it all together in one place.
