It depends on if you enjoy it or not. If you like the subject, and your teachers advise you to do it, I think double or triple science is a very good idea.

I think if you are planning to do all three sciences at A level then you are probably better doing triple science because you should get a slightly deeper understanding of each one. That being said I don’t think it’s essential I did double award science and I didn’t have any problems. There is a big difference between Alevel and GCSE science (at least I thought so) so I think that so long as you do your best in your GCSE’s it won’t make too much difference. It’s probably best to talk to your teachers and see what they think as well. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi, I think the system must have changed since I was at school because I hadn’t heard of triple or double science, are you refering to GCSE or A-level? I did science at GCSE which was one subject and covered all areas (physics, chemistry and biology). Then I did Maths, Chemistry and Biology at A-level. I suppose it depends on what you are interested in doing, you could have a look online at some Universitys and see what entrance requirements they are asking for?
Hope this helps, let me know if not

Is it not possible to do GSCE in individual science subjects any more? Physics, Chemistry Biology, all separate?
