Question: why would u describe yourself as nerdy

This was harder to answer than i thought it would be! I guess because i can (and do) enthuse about subjects which a lot of people might find boring. I like to learn new things about what i do and i like to talk to people about it. I don’t like a lot of things that people might find cool and think a lot of things are cool that many people don’t, like Star Trek and bacteria and DNA.
I also looked up the dictionary definition of nerdy (which may be nerdy of itself 🙂 ) It says unfashionable and socially inept or boringly studious, all of which apply to me! Though i would argue that these are defined by the people around you. I don’t find being studious boring though i’ve never bothered about being fashionable. I’ll admit to being a bit socially inept at times, though this is getting better as i’ve gotten older and have been surrounded by people with similar interests.
