      Hey queenbjr

Smoking marijuana has been shown to possibly affect mental health in later life, particularly in those with a history of mental illness. It has been linked to schizophrenia, depression and anxiety disorders which is why it’s a classified substance. There are still researchers working on this question around the world. It is also linked to cancers such as lung cancer because it is usually mixed with tobacco.

Hi @queenbjr, I believe that some studies suggest this, but it’s not something that I research myself.
      Cheers,
