Most games actually. Its a hobby of mine, and it really helps me to relax. Even really challenging games that are frustrating, there is a satisfaction when completing a really hard game. Love completing games with a friend though, its so much more fun than playing individually.
From a neuroscience perspective (neuroscience is the study of specific parts of the brain and activity in these areas) games activate the ‘anterior cingulate’ also known as the pleasure center. This area activates whenever we are happy and enjoying ourselves and gaming is directly linked to it.
What do you think though, do you play games? What do you find most enjoyable about them?

I like games that make you think, and were you have to solve problems. But generally i prefer to do crafts like making cards.
