I am allergic to grass pollen, so I sneeze for half the year! So annoying!

What happens is that your body develops white blood cells to fight things in the environment due to a disorder in your immune system. You can get allergies for two reasons. Either because of your genetics or because of environmental factors such as pollution and changes in your diet.
