      Graviola has been shown to kill some breast and liver cancer cells in the laboratory but it hasn’t been tested in clinical trials to see if it can cure a patient. It is possible that there is a molecule in graviola that could be a potential treatment for cancer.

      A lot of things are claimed to either cause or cure (sometimes both) cancer with little evidence and so you should be cautious about believing information that doesn’t have good supporting evidence.
