  Blind people use Braille in place of visual reading – it’s a system of reading based on dots you can feel with your fingers.
  And deaf people usually use sign language, but sometimes can also lip read and speak.

  If somebody is blind and deaf at the same time, they can still learn sign language through touch 🙂
