We cannot or sure because nobody has actually heard it! However, the researchers specialising in dinosaurs (sadly I’m not one of them! :() have been able to study the dinosaur bodies from the fossilised bones and other parts that have been found. Based on these they have been able to create a pretty detailed image of how they looked like and how their bodies worked, so I assume they have studied the dinosaur throats and figured out this is the mostly likely form of communication for them! But as I said I’m not a dinosaur scientist so to get a better answer you would have to find one 🙂
