      E = mc^2. Very mainstream I know, but it’s so powerful and simple I love it. Without this equation, the entire field I’m studying in (Space Physics) wouldn’t exist!

      C6H8O7 + 3NaHCO3 –> Na3C6H5O7 + 3H20 + 3CO2 (sorry about the lack of subscript notation!)

      This is the citric acid (lemon juice) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) volcano reaction which my kids love! It’s safe for them to do and makes LOADS of mess! 😉
