      Patients can be hard for different reasons; they might be very sick and have complex needs or they might not want help or it might be a very sad situation that makes it hard. Treating the patients from the manchester arena bomb was probably some of the hardest for me because it was very emotional. Seeing it in the news and on social media also made it more real and upsetting.
