Question: how will it help if you get voted for and your genomes get mapped?

If you voted for me it would really help with research to understand what it is that makes bat immune systems so special; why bats can carry viruses and don’t always get sick, why bats don’t have the same inflammation response to infection as humans do. Understanding all of this may then help come up with ways in helping humans fight diseases too.

deserve your vote because, I’m dangerous and everywhere now! and if we won’t find out why I’m so dangerous I’ll just go rampaging and killing people and animals who touch me. if you vote for me, you will help scientists understand how we can use the same toxins to help farmers to kill pests and produce more food in the world. so vote for the giant hogweed. let’s save the world together! I know this is a big claim, but we all should be hopeful for how the sequencing can help us 🙂
