I really enjoy it, I run to work some days and I run half marathons sometimes too. I don’t time the runs, but it’s great for keeping fit and works wonders for mental health
I used to run a lot but now I’ve moved to Sheffield it’s so hilly it hurts! I play football instead, so lots of running round but at least its flat 🙂
Yes, I do! I’ve completed a few half-marathons in the past few years. I have realised over the winter, that it’s tricky to motivate myself when its wet, windy and cold outside, so I’m really looking forward to spring and getting out running much more.
