  Climate change is a very broad term which explains when there are changes in the climate of the Earth. These changes can be due to natural processes (like when we used to be in an Ice Age!), or caused by humans.
  The current big climate change the Earth is undergoing is caused by humans, and it started during the industrial revolution when we started burning fossil fuels.
