Haha umm. It can vary from 7am – 10am! I live a long way from where I work (my journey is 1 hour and 15 minutes) so it depends whether I go into the office/lab or work from home. Sometimes I stay very late at work (until 8pm) so if I am tired the next day and I have something I can work on from home, I stay and then start later.

Every day is a minimum of 8 hours, just like everyone else who works around the world. Scientists can have flexible working hours, although sometimes this is a downside because you can decide to stay late or go in late. You just have to be disciplined and be able to be sensible with your schedule.
