Currently I am in Lesotho leading a team of specialist to review the progress of a large development project that we helped the government design. The project is focused on improving the production of merino sheep and angora goats, so more wool and mohair can be produced and so increase the countries wealth and the money in the farmers pockets. The work involves developing climate smart rangeland management practices and skills, which includes building farmers skills to understand weather forecasts and plan their production, though to animal nutrition and health. Finally working with engineers to build new roads and buildings where the animals are sheared, then improving the marketing chain
