      I would say: “Science is about working out why everything happens and why things are the way they are (plus, having fun!)” ?

      My answer would be “science helps us understand the world around us, it helps us make new medicines and new products and it helps us clean up the world when we have made it polluted”

      I think I would say “Science tells us how everything in the universe works and why. It’s about asking lots of questions and trying finding out the answers!”
