The biggest contribution to deforestation is definitely human activity so cutting down trees for agriculture or infrastructure etc. Some bacteria may cause disease to some trees but this is only a small problem. One big problem is that deforestation actually causes loss of microbial communities and these bacteria help to keep the environment healthy such as degrading dead leaves etc so deforestation is also causing damage to bacteria.
