• Question: Why does handwash say 99.9% always instead of hundred percent?

      Nothing is ever 100% in science, particularly Biology, and I think it’s illegal for advertisers to claim handwash is 100% because of this. Also companies are covering their backs legally, just in case someone gets sick after using the hand wash/gel. It’s all marketing rubbish. 😉
