Loads everywhere. I have just completed a project that looked at what type of bacteria children were exposed to and how this may affect how you responded to the BCG vaccine (given to children against TB). There is a theory that if you are exposed to lots of certsin types of bacteria then theis reduces your repsonse to the BCG vaccine because it contains similar components of bacteria and the body therefore thinks the vaccine is another harmless bacteria in the soil rather than a vaccine that it shoudl respond to.
