• Question: is it really that important to use 'anti bacterial' hand jel?

      Not necessarily anti-bacterial hand gel, just make sure you wash your hands with soap (or equivalent) when you have been to the toilet or sneezed/coughed into them to stop spreading germs around (especially if you have a cold or something like that yourself).
