Depending on what exercise you do. I am sure many people give you different amounts but I suggest about 2 litres a day. In The Gambia I drink about double that as it is so hot!

It depends on many factors, external temperature, health, size, activity level etc. But the average recommendation for adults is around 2-3 litres/day. That’s made up from many sources, such as drinks of all types, tea, coffee, orange juice, plain old tap water etc and includes liquid from your food.

A lot more than most people do! Recommended that an adult should drink between 1.5-3 litres of fluid a day (that is roughly 3-6 pints), but this depends on what you have been doing (for example if you have been exercising and have sweated a lot, you will need more).

It varies from people to people, the activities one does, the environment etc. A couple of litres I guess would be good.
