      good question and no-one knows as yet how much of who we are is genetic and how much is what we interatct with through our lives. I would imagine more interaction and less genetic but i don’t know

      To a large extend they do. The environment and life’s experiences also play crucial roles.

      yes but it is also influenced by the environment

      Hi Sharol,

      They can definitely play a big influence- I definitely do things that are similar to my mum and dad, and I bet you do too!
      Genes are not the only determining factor though. The environement we grow up in probably plays an even bigger role, which is why it is so important that everyone is given good oppurtunities in life.
