The sun is so hot and dense that the reactions taking place there are overwhelmingly nuclear reactions.

The sun is full of chemical reactions which result in it being so hot!

      Hello mckenzie,

The sun is very powerful. In fact thermonuclear reactions (like many atomic bombs) take place continuously in the sun releasing huge amounts of energy. The powerful energy emitted by the sun can also be harvested here on earth and can be used for chemical reactions.

THe sun is one big chemical reaction thermonuclear reaction …that gives the appearance of burning ( which it can’t because combustion needs oxygen) other thing its actually white…out atmosphere gives in the yellow colour
