Ok I’m a really bad example cos I lot of the time I don’t eat breakfast cos I’m rushing around in the morning and I feel like I don’t have time and also a lot of the time I don’t feel that hungry in the morning.
But I know this is not a good thing so i’ve been trying to change my ways! At work I make sure I have snacks like dried fruit that I can nibble throughout the day to get some energy.
I have been trying to buy food that I would like to eat to encourage me to have something for breakfast like nice cereals: honey nut cornflakes, ready brek, something to have on toast. But it’s not eally working yet. I think i’m just stuck in a bad routine right now. Any tips let me know!!
