Question: when you find a blood test that has a high possabilty of working what would you test it on animals or people

To test my blood test, I will go to the Edinburgh Cancer Research centre and ask people to please donate me a sample of their blood for my research. I would use a sample of my own blood as a negative control since I do not have cancer. Since the test is done in a test tube, there are no harmful side effects to the patient, apart from having to have a little injection to obtain a blood sample.
