      Today I had Lucky Charms. It’s a very sugary cereal, so I don’t have it very often. Usually I eat oatmeal with raisins, or on the weekends I make pancakes for the family. Sometimes I skip breakfast all together, but I try not to because then my brain doesn’t seem to work as well.

      Oh no!! I hate to set a bad example but I didn’t actually have breakfast today! I’m really bad for rushing around in the mornings and skip breakfast most days. So I always end up snacking at work, like for example right now, I’m munching a ginormous granny smith apple 🙂

      most days i sleep through breakfast but today i had to catch a plane from Berlin to London. so on the way to the airport I bought two of those spiral pastries that aren’t exactly croissants and aren’t exactly danish pastries. I don’t know what they are called in English and I have even less idea what they are called in German but they look a bit like this…
