There are two main ways that cancer kills a person. the first way is when the cancer grows on an essential organ in the body and it grows so big that it stops the organ from being able to work properly. a particular example of this is cancer in the brain because there is a limited amount of space in the skull and when tumours grow there it puts a massive amount of pressure on the patients brain.

the other way is malnutrition. i know this might sound weird but when tumours grow large they basically suck all the energy and nutrients away from the persons body and this makes them very weak and unable to fight the cancer spreading.
