• Question: Whats the weirdest result you have ever had?

      Hmm…difficult one. When I first started doing experiments in uni it seemed like a lot of my results were weird, because I was still learning and making little mistakes so they were never quite what I expected! I did Pharmacology, so worked with drugs a lot, and a couple of times I’d do a tissue experiment with a drug that we know worked in a specific way, only for the tissue to do something different. Not a super exciting weird result, but it did confuse me a lot at the time!

      I had a result from a drug trial once which seemed to imply that a drug only worked in one country….when we delved further it was to do with what drugs the patients had been treated with previously!
