      Yes!… you’re doing it right now (travelling forward in time at a rate of pretty close to 1 year per year).

      Ah, you want to speed up and slow down as well? That is also possible:

      To slow down: If you increase your velocity relative to some stationary observer, you will feel that less time passes for you.
      To speed up: If you are further from a large mass (such as the Earth) than another observer then you will feel more time passes for you.

      As Ian has said you are travelling in time now, but if you mean travel forward or backward 100 years at the touch of a button for example, then I am sorry, I don’t think that can happen. However, you might know better and in future develop a time machine that does just that…….who knows what is possible?
