      Hi madbacon757

When you start any job you have to negotiate a huge mountain of information, if you are changing your field slightly there is even more to learn. When I moved out of the analytical chemistry laboratory into Regulatory Affairs I really didn’t have a clue what Regulatory Affairs was but found that there were training courses and a defined career path. Like most fields, Regulatory Affairs is changing all the time, so even when you reach a senior level there is still more learning to do to keep up to date.

So I guess for me it was quite easy to improve my knowledge.
