Enzymes are kind of chemicals (structurally similar to proteins made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen) which do the biological chemical reactions in our body! They have very specific shape as a result due to very specific shape, only fixed reactant can undergo reactions with them. Once a particular sized reactant with a specific shape is present in system it sits in the cavity or desired location at enzyme and undergo reactions. Once products r formed they r released outside in system. N enzymes r once again free for next molecules to undergo reaction.

      good example is:
Every lock has got a special sized, specific shaped key, if the key is correct (means it has got specific size and shape) lock will open (means reaction will happen), If key is smaller it will go into lock but lock will not open (no reaction), whatever u try with this key, If the key is bigger key wont get into lock (no reaction) and therby lock doesnt opens!

did u get it now! if u r still have question u r welcome!
