• Question: If we could use all of our brain capacities what would we be able to do

      Hey big man marno!
      So it is actually a myth that we only use 10% of our brains. We use all of it! We know this because, if you removed 90% of the brain, you would not survived. But also, in diseases like Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s, you get damage to small areas, but it causes a big difference to our movements or memory.

      So, we are already as awesome as we are going to be!

      It’s a myth that we use 10% of our brains, the brain wouldn’t evolve to have areas that aren’t in use, it’s just not efficient! 😀

      However, it’s how you use the brain that is important, if you train your brain regularly you can improve your memory, reactions, observation skills, all sorts of things!
