      Most cells are see through, but you get cells like skin cells which have pigment in them to help protect from the sun, so they will be all kinds of colours from very pale, almost white through to very dark black depending on the race of the person. You also get red cells like red blood cells, which are red because of the protein haemoglobin in them. Chlorophyll will make a cell green, there is a kind of bacteria called cyanobacteria which are blue-green because they use a protein called phycocyanin instead of chlorophyll!
