• Question: Can cells be controlled to help people ?

      Sometimes stem cells are used to cure diseases! Stem cells are the coolest cells because they can be transformed into any type of cell in our bodies (blood cells, muscle cells, neurons,..). Doctors can use them to treat people that, for example, have vission loss, regenerating the cells on their eyes. Of course this is not easy and we are still investigating how we can do this more efficiently and for more diseases.
