• Question: why didn't you become a vet?

        I didn’t become a vet because my nana stupidly teased me about people bringing in horrible spiders and other animals I’m not so keen on to my surgery and it put me off! I’m sure she regrets that now as vets are very well paid!
        The other thing is before you apply to be a vet at uni, you have to get a lot of experience before hand and do volunteering at a vets etc. I didn’t know this and so I didn’t have any experience! So they probably wouldn’t have taken me anwyay!
        So if you want to be a vet go and volunteer and help at a vets while you are at school 🙂
        I still love animals though and love doing chemistry.
