        I’d love to be able to speak Mandarin (chinese) as it is so different to our language. it’s also becoming more and more spoken across the world but is very difficult to learn.

        If I could pick a few I would try to pick ones with different routes like French, Russian, Arabic and Mandarin I think that would help me to be able to understand most languages. German sounds pretty cool though and I love how they just push together nouns to make one long noun “kühlschrank” is their word for fridge for e.g. and it just means “cold cupboard”.

        Archaic Sumerian – the first language believed to include writing I think.
