      Absolutely! we need more scientists with fresh ideas to join us. It is amazing to see the young generation of scientists and how determined they are to contribute to resarch and science

    Yes! It’s a brilliant job and we always need more people to help in hospital laboratories as Medical Lab Assistants / Healthcare Science Support Workers, Biomedical Scientists and Clinical Scientists.

    I think I would encourage more people to do any job that uses science skills. The more different people we have taking part and using their skills, the more weird and wonderful ideas we will get. Not all ideas will be good, but the more you have the better chance there is of something great being in there.
    I think the other thing that is really important is that science is useful to everyone. If we only have e.g. men doing science, how do we know that they’re doing what is useful for women? And this goes whatever background and differences you have.
