• Question: My friend thinks that make up wont give you spots and stuff! Do you agree cause doesnt it block up you\'re pores and stuff! Do you have any good pointers to argue against her? lol x

      I don’t know whether there is any real scientific evidence about it, but wearing make up doesn’t give me spots – but forgetting to take it off at night and sleeping with it still on does.

      I can’t give you a scientific opinion on this because I don’t actually know about it. But I certainly get the feeling that wearing foundation blocks up your pores – I only wear it very occasionally. I suppose that as long as you clean it off really well at night it shouldn’t be too much of a problem though.
