• Question: How much salt is in the human body?

      about 250g, so thats about a quater of a bag of sugars worth.

      I did a very rough calculation and came to a figure of about 500g for someone my size (I weigh about 60kg).
      Then I looked on the internet, and found this calculation:

      They conclude that for a 50kg person, there would be 123.64g of sodium chloride in the body.
      I’m more inclined to trust the internet answer than my own!
