I like the variety of my job and everyday being slightly different. I enjoy learning and researching and how what we have discovered can be used to help people with their illness. I like working with people from different parts of the world and sharing ideas and research findings.

No day is the same, it means that you don’t get bored of doing the same thing! You also get opportunities to visit other countries or cities sometimes to talk with other researchers about your work. It is a very collaborative environment.

My favourite thing is the discovery aspect of the job. I am very motivated to work hard and try to discover something that hasn’t been found yet and that could help someone with cancer.
